Jan was born in Pratt Kansas and grew up on a grain and dairy cattle farm. She moved from the flats of Kansas to the mountains of Colorado 42 years ago. Jan had the privilege to marry well and raise two wonderful daughters in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Jan is certified in integrity management, and has her advanced training as a Chiropractic Assistant. In her 8 years working at Rinn Chiropractic she has had a front-row seat to see many patients regain and continue their health. Jan enjoys the opportunity to connect and get to know the patients. This is very rewarding for her.
In her personal time she enjoys spending time with family, being in the outdoors, and photography. Jan is a passionate artist and purses her creative side through drawing and watercolor.
Melissa was born in Springdale Arizona. Her father was a contractor and was involved in commercial construction. This is when Melissa began to move and experience different states. She went to Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota and Northern New Mexico. In 1991, she moved to Pagosa Springs, CO where her daughter was a 5th generation county resident. Her Daughter now lives in Colorado Springs where Melissa enjoys spoiling her two granddaughters.
Melissa worked for the Colorado Judicial Branch for 20 years both in Colorado Springs and Steamboat Springs. Melissa enjoys camping, hiking, horseback riding (when she gets the chance), spending time with family and traveling. One thing she especially enjoys about Steamboat is the wildlife that visit her yard often through out the year. Melissa is an amazing customer service specialist and we are blessed to have her in the office!

Beth Leu is a local girl that grew up right here in Routt county. She attended soda Creek elementary school, Steamboat Springs middle and Soroco High school.
Throughout her life, Beth has enjoyed Academics and Leadership positions. She was a Peer helper, Girl Scout and first ran for a structured leadership position in 6th grade to be president of her class. Throughout High School, Beth was always apart of as many clubs and sports as possible. Doing music, theater, sports and student council. Public speaking and planning safety and leadership events was her favorite thing to do. Her Senior year of high school she was 1 of 5 Colorado students selected to go to Washington DC in 2010 to sit with congress about climate change and pine beetle kill issues in our area. In college Beth decided to run for President of the Resident Hall Association, and taught leadership classes at college conferences for western states and graduated on the Dean’s list. Beth wrote multiple articles for AMT about healthcare leadership. She is currently a Girl Scout leader in South Routt County.
One of the most amazing things about Beth is she is brilliant as a Financial Counselor. In oncology she was promoted to financial counselor and certified for medical financial counseling. She can explain all aspects of insurance, deductibles, co-insurance, allowed benefit. Beth can also explain best plans for treatment, how to get your medications for a better price and find financial aid. If that isn’t amazing enough, Beth has helped patients get 5 million dollars in financial aid for chemotherapy treatments in two years!
Beth’s passion is truly helping those in need in the Healthcare profession. She has extensive Nursing and healthcare business experience. In her Nursing career, she has been in Home health CNA from 2010 to present, specializing in wound care and hospice. Medical assistant from 2013 to present Specializing in oncology, surgical and triage, trained in first responder medicine, IV and crash cart certified as well as wilderness first aid.
We are so blessed to have Beth as a part of our team. She is a rockstar as a Billing Care Specialist and will definitely advocate for your well physical and financial wellbeing. Her favorite animal is the dinosaur.
